FINANCIAL AND INSURANCE INFORMATION
-
The cost for endodontic treatment is determined by the type of tooth involved and the complexity of the procedure. Fees can vary significantly, dependent upon the procedure. In general, endodontic treatment is much less expensive than tooth extraction requiring dental implants or a dental bridge. Our staff will provide you with a fee estimate of treatment prior to your scheduled appointment.

-
We understand that a significant number of our patients rely on dental insurance to cover most of their dental needs.

-
We understand that endodontic treatment is an investment in both time and resources and you will have the opportunity to discuss these variables when scheduling your appointment.

-
We accept a variety of insurance providers and endeavor to accommodate our patients' request. Please see the list below and call our office to see if we are currently working with your insurance provider.

-
As a courtesy, our benefits coordinator will help guide you through the insurance process. It is their goal to help you maximize your insurance benefits. Your dental plan is designed to help assist you in your dental care costs. It may not cover the total fee. We do our best to accurately estimate your copay with the insurance information you provide. However, there are times when your insurance does not pay exactly what has been estimated.

-
Our pricing structure is designed to ensure that patients are able to receive the highest quality dental care they deserve. If your dental insurance will not cover all of your dental treatments, we will work with you to identify a payment solution. We are health care professionals first and will work with you to make sure you receive the treatment you need.

-
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as Care Credit. Payment is due at the time service is rendered.

-
Our goal is that each patient feels comfortable throughout their visit with Foundation Endodontics so they have an enjoyable experience while also receiving high-quality care from specially trained professionals who are passionate about what they do!
