Dr. Rizk's journey in dentistry spans for two decades and across multiple countries, including Egypt, Qatar, and the United States. He earned his Bachelor of Dental Science degree and Dental Diplomas in Endodontics and Prosthodontics from Ain Shams University. Dr. Rizk practiced General Dentistry for seven years before pursuing advanced training at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he completed his Endodontics residency and earned a Master of Science in Dentistry.

Having experienced the genuine southern warmth of Houston's community firsthand, Dr. Rizk made the heartfelt decision to call it home. With a profound dedication to patient care, he established Foundation Endodontics with a mission to preserve teeth, alleviate pain, and eradicate infections, all while providing compassionate care, the latest research, and state-of-the-art dental technology. Through his unwavering commitment and expertise in root canal treatments, Dr. Rizk has conducted thousands of procedures, ensuring his patients consistently receive the utmost quality of care and comfort.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Rizk cherishes time with his family—his wife, Sally, and their two daughters—as they explore new cultures, cuisines, and experiences together. He is a member of professional societies including the American Association of Endodontists, the College of Diplomates, and the Texas Dental Association, among other study clubs. This involvement contributes to his continuous growth and commitment to excellence in dentistry.
